Even though I can't purchase a vehicle right now, I would definitely come back and see Robert for service. He is friendly, personable, helpful and easy to speak with..what a great employee!
Buyers beware! I didn’t listen to bad reviews thinking it was a just a bad experience but LISTEN to them. We purchased a Jeep in July and shortly after it started violently shaking when hitting speeds 50 and higher. Was told needed new tires, after them having it 2 different times for 5 days each! Spent 500 on new tires and didn’t fix. They said they didn’t know. Took to any other shop and found out we needed a new drive shaft, the kicker is this would have been covered under warranty but it expired literally 10 days prior. They said sorry nothing they could do. How is it they had it 2 weeks an country figured it out. Then I find out they took to another shop, tracked that manager down and was told they only balanced the tires. Why is it that they have a shop big couldn’t even balance the tires? I have 6 feee oil. Changes and I have been paying my other shop to do. I don’t trust them at all and would rather pay someone els to anything needed than to save a buck and have them mess something els us. There is a reason they are cheaper..... because they suck!!
Not surprising, but they were quite deceptive in their advertising. If you're responding to an ad for a promotion, don't expect to get what the promo says. Their inventory looked fine, staff seemed fine, prices seemed high but all around a forgettable place with some regrettable advertising practices.
Shame on Southwest. My elderly mother received in the mail a flyer that offered something free. Of course she played and it showed she won a 60" TV. My mother had her neighbor drive her to Southwest on County Line Road Fort Wayne, IN where she was to meet with a Mr. Green, she walks into a crowded lobby with people believing they had won something. Okay, first thing is people including my mother should know, if it sounds to good to be true, probably is false. I hate businesses like Southwest who trick and lie to people just to sale a vehicle. I will never buy anything from them and I will share with every form of Social media how deceiving they are. Seriously Southwest Auto you all should be ashamed of yourselves. I am also going to try to file a complaint with BBB but they will probably tell me what you did was wrong but legal because in the small print you put chances of winning are 1/65'000. Perfect scam artist. Shame on all of you.
Great experience. The sales staff was very helpful and not too pushy. If it wouldn't have been for them I would have purchased at another place. In the end I ended up getting the best deal in the area on the car I wanted. The five free or changes and two free tire rotations are great bonus as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone shopping for a car.
*update* the promo item they gave out didn't even work. Cheap, noname smart watch that won't power on.
